Six stamps, one consistent look across every file you sign.
The visible stamp is cosmetic — the cryptographic signature is identical in every style. Pick the one that matches your organisation's paperwork, then reuse it as a preset so every department signs the same way.

What the stamp can show
Every style draws only the fields you switch on, so the same document can carry a bare two-line stamp or a full signer block. The cryptographic signature records the same information either way — the stamp is the human-readable face of it.
- Signer name, as it appears on the certificate
- Organisation name
- Date and time, from the local clock or a trusted timestamp
- Reason for signing — “Approved for payment”, “For and on behalf of…”
- Location
Reusing a style across a team
Save the stamp, its fields and its placement as a template
(.signscript) and pass that file to every desk that signs the
same paperwork. Template files are plain JSON, so they can travel by email,
USB drive or a network folder.
Two honest notes. On the FREE edition the stamp carries a free-edition watermark, and a template designed for one document layout can place stamps oddly on a differently structured PDF — always check placement before a bulk run. See what PRO changes.
Pick a style, save it as a preset, stop thinking about it.
All six stamp styles are on every tier, including the free edition — the tiers differ in volume and automation, not in the look of the signature.
