A bid pack can run to hundreds of pages with several places that must be signed — the covering letter, the integrity pact, the declaration. Portals reject an upload with a missing or malformed signature, and the deadline does not move.

Where the line is

It signs the PDF. It does not log in to the portal.

Portals that require a DSC signature — Income Tax e-filing, MCA21, the GST portal, EPFO, GeM, state RERA and tender portals — sign through the token plugged into your computer, inside the portal itself. Flash Turbo Signer prepares and signs the PDF you upload; it does not replace the portal's own signing step, and it never holds your portal credentials.
